TERMS OF SERVICES

​GENERAL

  • Please respect my right to decline your order if I feel that I am unable to fulfill it. It is most likely because your character fell into my "DON'Ts" list or because my skills are incompatible.​

  • All artworks are permitted for personal use (ex: display picture/posting on social media). Please let me know first if you would like to use the artwork for anything other than it's intended use.

  • ​Please let me know if you plan to give my art file to someone to work on.​​

  • ​You must ask for my consent if you are re-selling the artwork that I have done for you to someone else.​​​

  • Do not use my artwork for any AI or NFT purposes.

  • Please do not do a chargeback. Contact me first if there is an issue.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Do not claim the artwork as your own. Proper credit to me is required when reposting or displaying the artwork.

    • Please credit my social or as bun-mii

  • Unless discussed otherwise, I reserve the right to display any commission artworks as part of my portfolio or for any promotional usage.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

  • Artworks are not for commercial use unless discussed before hand.

  • Art in the "Vtuber Services" category will not have a commercial fee applied unless it will be printed on merchandise.

  • ​Commercial fee will be applied if the outfit or character design I create becomes a vtuber model.

  • Examples of commercial usage include:​

    • Printing of goods/Merchandise 

    • Promotion with another brand/ads

DEADLINES​

  • Do not harass me for a commission slot or whether or not I have started on your commission. Please check the work queue to see the progress of your commission.

  • If I am unable to meet a hard deadline for a time sensitive project, I will issue a partial refund.​​

COMMUNICATION

  • Discord is my best form of contact. ID: bun_mii

  • Please reply in a timely manner, especially if there is a hard deadline.

  • If there is no response to my messages after 2 weeks, I will have to delay the commission and no refunds will be given if I go past the hard deadline.​

I reserve the right to blacklist and refuse work from any client that disrespects any policy listed on my terms of services.

Service Fees

SERVICE FEES

  • Up to 2 revisions after the lineart phase.

    • Please make composition changes BEFORE I finish the lineart/ during the sketch phase.

    • Extra revisision fee (after the first 2): +$50 per revision

  • Commercial fee: 50% of price

    • Refer to the "Commercial License" section of my TOS for what is considered commercial.​

  • Rush fee will be applied depending on how much time will be given and what kind of art is needed.

  • NDA fee: 30% of price

    • Your name will be censored on the Trello with only your first initial showing.

    • I will not stream or post the artwork until the agreed upon date.

Payment

PAYMENT DETAILS

  • Most payments will be done through PayPal via invoice.

    • Other forms of acceptable payments: Ko-fi and Wise.

  • Partial payment is allowed.

    • Please discuss the number of installments and payment deadlines with me.

    • I will not start on the artwork until I recieve the first part of the payment.

    • I will not send the final product until I recieve full payment.​

  • Refunds are allowed anytime before I finish the sketch or if there is a legitimate emergency (as agreed by me at my discretion).
