  • Please respect my right to decline your order if I feel that I am unable to fulfill it. It is most likely because your character fell into my "no!" list or because my skills are not compatible.

  • Do not claim the artwork as your own. Proper credit to me is required when reposting or displaying the artwork.

  • Do not use my work for anything other than the reason we discussed. Please let me know first if you would like to use the art work for anything other than it's intended use.

  • Artworks are not for commercial use unless discussed before hand.

  • Do not use my artwork for any AI purposes.

  • I reserve the right to display any commission artworks as part of my portfolio, as commission samples, or to be posted on my social media

  • Commissions with definite due dates have priority.

  • Commissioner is guaranteed an unwatermarked digital file of the artwork.

  • Do not harass me for a commission slot or whether or not I have started on your commission. Please check the work queue to see the progress of your commission.

  • You are welcome to ask for WIPs when the work queue states that I am currently working on your commission. I will also send you WIPs when I need to make sure the composition of the artwork is in-character and to the standards of your request.

  • I am NOT a company/ team; please understand if I announce set backs or delays :'3 

payment, fees, & refunds

  • All payments are done via Paypal. I will be sending you an invoice.

  • Up to 2 revisions. Extra visision fee +$10-50 (depending on how large the revision)

    • It is best to make composition revisions BEFORE I start the lineart.​

  • Commercial fee will be +50%.

    • The work is considered commercial if it will be used for monetary gain or for promotion.​

    • Examples include:

      • Use for streaming​

      • Merchandise 

      • Promotion with another brand

  • Rush fee will be applied depending on how much time will be given.

  • NDA fee will be +30%. Please let me know before hand if you would like me to refrain from streaming or posting WIPs of the artwork!

  • Partial payment is allowed, however I will not send the final product until full payment has been recieved.

  • Refunds are allowed anytime before I finish the sketch or if there is a legitimate  emergency (as agreed by me at my discretion).
